Why is it that Eastern European women are not interested in immigrating to America anymore?

I read about one man who has been to Russia 3 times this year, trying to find a Russian wife who is interested in coming to America for marriage, and when they learn that they will have to immigrate to America they just get up and walk out of the Cafe, they say that America is a dead economy now and only fools go there. things in eastern europe are not as bad as they used to be, and europeans dont have such an idealised view of america as they used to, so its not so worth their time going to america anymore.
