I am a very well educated muslim man. in islam it is legal for a muslim man to marry a non-muslim woman. however a muslim woman cannot marry a non-muslim man

if the girl is truly religious i would think that there would be conflicts because hindus worship cows and muslims eat cows

islam is very tolerable of other religions as opposed to what the media projects. there will be no problem for a hindu girl to fit in with a muslim family.

and finally, conversion to islam is not a requirement. it would be if it was the other way around (muslim girl, hindu man)
