An important aspect of Chinese culture is respect. Respect her, respect her family, etc. I can’t really think of anything else haha.
If you want to take her out to eat brunch, I would advise a Dim Sum eatery because those are very popular in China. Dim Sum is eaten as brunch in china every weekend (usually sunday).
Also, if you want to take her out to a date, try to take her somewhere that China DOESN’T have such as symphonies, big amusement parks, high class restaurants, science museums etc. China has a lot of outdoor recreational places such as scenery parks and zoos that are A LOT better than the ones in North America.
This is just a thought (Not advised) but if the person you like speaks Mandarin, then you can learn very short and basic phrases:

is it illegal in those countries? when i first used the internet in 2004, my computer teacher warned me about trojans and how some of them originate from russia. i once saw a virus map in 2007 where there were alot of dark spots near japan and china. and somebody from a flash chat was claiming to be from the netherlands and he hacked some chats.

China is responsible for most viruses and hacking. Illegal yes but hardly ever prosecuted.
